Remember, you always have a choice and avoid dental implants with aluminum.
Ask your dentist if he uses an implant with or without aluminum.
Aluminum is neurotoxic, nephrotoxic and linked to osteomalacia.
Amalgams are a problem, but remain in the tooth, the implants go to the bone and so into the bloodstream.
The choice is for the patient, not for the dentists.
